If youve sent us material for publication in recent months from a Yahoo account and havent seen it in the paper, chances are your email was automatically blocked by our system. Because of the propensity for Yahoo to generate spam, most of those accounts are blocked by newspapers in this area, unless the email has been trained to accept a particular email. (This isnt unusual; many Cherokee Nation accounts wont accept email from the tahlequahdailypress domain!) If you or anyone you know has had trouble getting email to us, the following is the process: Send the email to news@tahlequahdailypress, give it a little while, and then call our multimedia editor, Sheri Gourd, to make sure it was received. We want to hear from you, and we can assure you, we dont deliberately block or ignore emails. ~Kim
