If you’re like us, you’re looking forward to getting back basics in 2015. I’m happy to say that over the past eight years, David Rider, my husband, and I have studied health and nutrition so much that we’ve never really fallen that far off track. We don’t believe in living in a bubble. We dine out often, enjoy parties and love to share new culinary experiences together. We also don’t believe in just consuming whatever is available from fake-food manufacturers and marketers, either. We believe that since we’re each only given one body, that it’s our responsibility to take as best care of ourselves as we can.
