Ifeanyi Ubah – Fake Millionaire and 419 Ifeanyi Ubah, Labour - TopicsExpress

Ifeanyi Ubah – Fake Millionaire and 419 Ifeanyi Ubah, Labour Party candidate for Anambra State governorship election scheduled for November 16, had earlier told the world that he handed over his company, Capital Oil and Gas Industries Ltd, to Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) to manage for two years, to enable him contest for the election. But just recently, during governorship election debate, the same Ifeanyi Ubah told the panel and the audience that he had sold the same Capital Oil and Gas to enable him campaign for the governorship election. He said further that, the billions of naira he made from the sales would be put into a business to employ youths. Apart from these contradictory claims, one still wonder how someone that is “sane” would wake up one morning and decide to sell a profitable multibillion naira coy without any problems, and want to use the proceeds to set up another coy, and to employ youths. That’s ridiculous indeed. Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is in court with Ifeanyi Ubah and Capital Oil and Gas for fraud and forgery allegations (419) on a transaction concerning a parcel of land located along Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, Ibafon, Kirikiri, Apapa, Lagos, which was allegedly leased to Ifeanyi Ubah and Capital Oil “for a ridiculous amount of N600m for a tenure of 30 years.” Ifeanyi Ubah and the Capital Oil had filed a fundamental rights enforcement suit, FHC/L/CS/666/13, seeking “an order of perpetual injunction” restraining the EFCC from persecuting, detaining, threatening to detain or prosecuting the applicants in respect of the case. Facts: 1) Ifeanyi Ubah is no longer the owner of Capital Oil and Gas and has nothing whatsoever to do with the coy. 2) Ifeanyi Ubah and Capital Oil and Gas are indebted to banks to the tune of N48.014 billion. 3) The debt is “bad and hard core” debt. 4) AMCON has taken over Capital Oil and Gas to enable it recover the huge and bad debt. 5) Ifeanyi Ubah’s private Jet has been seized by AMCON in attempt to recover the debt, and the Jet is put up for sale for N4 billion. 6) AMCON is a debt recovery and debt management company. 7) AMCON cannot buy any company, because it does not manage businesses. 8) AMCON can only take over a company that is “bankrupt” to recover outstanding debt by the coy. 9) AMCON can only take over Capital Oil and Gas when the coy is collapsing and cannot afford to pay back the huge debt it is owing banks. 10) Obviously, Ifeanyi Ubah has liquidated Capital Oil and Gas, and the coy has been taken over by AMCON to recover huge debts the coy is owing banks. 11) Ifeanyi Ubah and Capital Oil and Gas are bankrupt 12) It is only in Nigeria that someone that has been declared bankrupt can still be allowed to campaign and stand for an election. Questions: 1) Why did Ifeanyi Ubah earlier inform the world that he handed over Capital Oil and Gas to AMCON to manage for two years? 2) Why did the same Ifeanyi Ubah last week say he has sold the same Capital Oil and Gas? 3) Who did Ifeanyi Ubah sell Capital Oil and Gas to? 4) Could it be AMCON that Ifeanyi Ubah sold the coy to? But AMCON cannot buy a coy, it can only take over a coy to recover outstanding debt by the coy. 5) Why would Ifeanyi Ubah, the man with business acumen, a money magician, sell multibillion naira company just to contest for governorship election, of which his chance of winning is 50:50? 6) Can someone who is “sane” sell a multibillion naira coy that is generating huge profit, just because he wants to join politics? 7) Can someone who is “sane” sell a multibillion naira coy that is generating huge profit, just to setup another one? 8) Why is Ifeanyi Ubah talking about employing youths in the company yet to be set up with sales proceeds, were the youths not employed at Capital Oil and Gas? 9) Is governing a State more lucrative than running a multibillion naira coy? 10) How can someone who cannot manage a coy manage a whole State? 11) What is Ifeanyi Ubah’s level of credibility in campaigning to govern Anambra State after liquidating a multibillion naira coy? 12) Is Ifeanyi Ubah planning to loot Anambra State treasury, the same way he liquidated Capital Oil and Gas? 13) Can the multimillionaires like Dangotes, Adenugas, Otedolas, Dantatas, Innosons, Ibetos etc. sell their multibillion naira “empires” just because they want to join politics? 14) Can someone who is “innocent” seek for “an order of perpetual injunction” against investigation and prosecution? Conclusion: Please, good people of Anambra State, the Labour Party candidate for November 16 governorship election, Ifeanyi Ubah, is “fake” and a big “disguise”. His credibility is highly questionable and in serious doubt. His ultimate plan is to loot Anambra State treasury. He has liquidated his coy Capital Oil and Gas, and the coy is now bankrupt and taken over by AMCON to recover huge debt of N48.014 billion owed banks. His private Jet has also been seized by AMCON. Someone who can liquidate a multibillion naira company would definitely liquidate a state. Please, Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige, “Onwa”, is our known messiah, our tested messiah, and the only person who has the passion for development, who can develop our state. What Peter Obi did in 8 years is one tenth (1/10) of what Onwa Ngige achieved in 3 years. Onwa Ngige is the only former governor that is not in court with EFCC. Onwa Ngige is the only former governor that has no issues with EFCC. He is the only former governor who has conscience and passion for development. He is the only former governor that has given life and legacy to Anambra State. Please, we are in 21st Century. We should be talking about individuals and not party. Vote individuals you know and trust and not party. Go for someone who has conscience and passion for development. Kindly vote Onwa Ngige to come back and finish what he started. Please be wise and go for the best. God bless Onwa Ngige, God bless Anambra State.
