Ignacios second driving lesson went well, but it was what he did afterward that I want to share. I let him drive around on some back roads in his old neighborhood, and then he wanted to go over to Dando Amor home to see his buds and, I assumed, to show them what a big shot he was because he was driving. Once we got there, he sort of disappeared for a few minutes, and when he showed up again, he explained that he had obtained permission from the orphanage director to take these two boys for a ride in the car. Ignacios adoption has been hard on them, and left them feeling sad and confused. Ignacio wanted to try to do something to help, so we took them for a ride and out to lunch. He wanted them to know that, even though he is leaving to go with our family, he still cares about them, and that I still care about them. These boys names are Javier and Jorge, and they are both about 14. They at both delightful, humble, obedient boys with pure hearts and bright countenances.
