Ignore the reality....pick on the negative...never allow a future to be built by listening to the cooks instead of the chef. This the recipie for failure. If everyone loves u.... u obviously stand for nothing. Only the people who have pioneered the most amazing of things receive the greatest of ridicule and adversity. If u listen to those people who riducule...U will never be something great. And u will have nothing but conformist mediocre people around u. Maybe even becoming one of them yourself. Because great people are attracted to great people. Not the mediocre and the ones who do the same thing day in and day out. If u have 10 people...and 3 of them dont like what u are doing....dont worry... cuz when u have a thousand people...those 3 wont mean a thing. Stick to your guns. Dream big. Believe in yourself. Form an unbreakable team. If your teamates are shady...get rid of them. Lots of up and comming players are waiting in the wings maybe with tons more to bring to the table. Dont let the sheep lead the Sheppard.
