Ignore this essay... Interval training is a discontinuous trading with a series of low-to-high intensity workouts with small test periods. In the high intensity, which includes anaerobic exercises, athletes concentrate on non-endurance exercises, which help them gain strength, speed, and build muscle mass and power. The main point is to gain speed. Some known workouts include stair climbing, stationary bicycle, or walking, cycling, jogging, running, rowing, swimming, or jumping rope. Coaches favor this type of training because it is a known cardiovascular workout. It is used to build-up and develop better runners with more resistance, and helps athletes work out for longer periods and induces fat loss. Circuit training is a form of conditioning the body for resistance using high intensity exercises. It builds strength and muscular indurance, and has perscribed exercises in a program, which is why it is called "circuit". In each circuit, athelites work, by parts, each section of the body, including the upper, lower, and core of the body. Some exercise are squats, dips, pull ups, sit ups, crunches, and jumps. This type of training is efficient in enhancing cardiovascular fitness and muscle capacity. Crass training, also known as circuit training, is a training aimed at exercising in sports that an athlete is not involved in to improve their overall performance. It is a combination of exercise to work various parts of the body. Some known exercises include mixed martial arts and military context. It uses other aspects of different workouts that exercise parts of the body that an athlete may not usually exercise. An example would be a runner who trains by cycling, swimming, or fitness classes to supplement their running. This insures that that runner will increase his or her flexibility, prevent injury, correct muscular imbalances, and prevent burn out. This overall balances the workout all over the body.
