Iike I am a voting member of the Motion Picture Academy I have almost viewed every nominated film or performance except Blue Jasmine, where Kate Blanchett is nominated best actress for her performance. All of the movies this year are relatable even the non black themed movies were terribly relatable, My favorite was August; Osage County starring Meryl Streep as a mother gone mad. This movie has a dinner table scene as entertaining as the one in The Color Purple. Well March 2 cant get here fast enough. The Academy Awards are the best.
