Ill NEEEEEEVER make an amazing (or stupid) claim of something Ive done in the gym without raw uncut footage ;) This was 315lbs on the flat bench for 100 reps... No pacing, going all out each set, max reps... Pacing yourself isnt the same.... First push was 20 reps, then decline, decline, decline... This was definitely a test on testicular fortitude :) Me and Robert Thomas got busy.. here you go.... Oh and I explained why we do things like this in a previous blog... Its purely a gut check, and also an exercise in tapping into will power... This has more to do with character than physical strength...
