Ill be gentle to start out, but if people keep doing this my quarterly full blown rant is coming…. Its January. And I know that a whole lot of people decide that a good way to start the new year is to buy into Multi-Level Marketing schemes, including home parties.. I have consistently voiced for years and years that I am not interested in these businesses. Period. No discussion. I never will expose my network of people or my friends to a MLM product or service. Never done it. Never will. So please… please… stop inviting me to your wrap, nail, jewelry and mascara parties. Stop adding me to your groups for all MLM products. Stop posting your opportunities on my wall here and on my Girl in the Glass City page. Please, just stop. You are doing yourself no favors. I see you and know your motives. You signed up for the scheme to make money off of your network not mine. My network of connections in this community is an exceptionally important resource that I have spent nearly 30 decades developing. They trust me because I honor and treasure those relationships. Perhaps you consider me part of your network and thus fair game for your MLM approaches, but I question that. I frequently and vocally make these statements about MLMs. If you have not taken the time or attention to already know that I believe MLMs are a horrible way of doing business among friends, we probably have a negligible relationship and Im probably not really a part of your network. So again… just stop. Please. :)
