Ill be the first to admit my interest in health food and supplements comes from the nature of its overly considered and specified pseudo science that appeals to every possible ounce of my self obsessed neurosis. Its also serves up apple pie comfort levels as its a portal to my childhood in LA in the 70s that was spent at The Source, Quins and Aunt Tilleys (real OG healthy LA-ee). The people that I wonder about are the ones that actually buy the 20 dollar salt water ( its literally salt water, and claims to be nothing else) at Moon Juice or anything with the word quantum in front of it. I wonder if they think they are actually doing anything other than supporting a very clever cottage industry built to appeal to their crazy. Sadly I dont think so. I bet you could put Himalayan, Aztec or Ancient People on a pack of cigarettes and some schmucks are going to think they have medicinal value. Me? I just want things to feel like Court And Spark for a few moments and hope all this is helping me get away with lying about my age on online dating sites.
