Ill complain about things, but I know anybody moves into, under, above, beside, or near cafe, restaurant, school, public transit, pub, bar, nightclub, any business or public venue, should understand there will be varying degrees of noise. St. Pats brought lots of that at once, but mostly its music, singing, swearing, hooting and hollering. If no sound of violence or damage, then no reason to report it. Now if so loud again before exam days, Im gonna whine about it still, lol. Actually getting used to sound of busy city. ^_^
