Ill get better photos later; letting the babies acclimate in peace and quiet... Ive renamed them from Dori and Louis to Sally and Sam. Sally is the little shorthair and Sam is the larger longhair. On 12/11/14 Sally weighed 2.70 lbs. Guestimated at 12 weeks. Sam guestimated to be 5 months, weighed 4.80 lbs. And these are guestimated ages by vet however, since they were dumped together, I wondered if the scrawny little shorthair, Sally, might just have been the runt of the litter. Shes vocal; Sam hasnt said a word. They have been spayed and neutered. Hadley laid down in the doorway to look at them, rested his head on his paws. I had to shoo BooCat out and away, she was too curious. Letting them settle in with a minimum of disturbances. They are in my bathroom off my bedroom for the time being. I will take them to my vet next Thursday when I take Hadley for his heartworm injection, etc. Theyve had initial inoculations; Walking in the Sun Rescue does a very sincere and good job of certifying both the animals and the humans. Needless to say Chuck said I needed these cats like I needed a hole in my head... I pointed out to him that I do have a hole in my head... (the size of a quarter) from when I had surgery for Menierres disease.
