Ill make this a pinned post so that way people will always see it at the top of the page so they will always remember the main rule of this group: Only posts related wholly and completely to the EMD F40PH that is used by railroads across North America are allowed on this page. If we, the people of this group see ANY posts that DONT pertain to this awesome piece of machinery that saved passenger rail in this country, then the admins and I, or the people of this group will delete said post. This is what I call strike one. If the same person posts another post that still does not have any affiliation to the EMD F40PH (or its commuter variants), then the post will be promptly deleted, and the member will be removed and will not be allowed back into the group. That is known as strike two. There is no strike three. You get two chances, and thats it. I apologize for seeming to be brusque. But I just want whats best for this group.
