Ill never forget the first time my daddy told me he loved me. It was one of the happiest moments of my life. I was 19... just gave birth to Ben... I was on cloud 9. Up until I became a parent myself I never understood my dad... I never looked at him like I should had all my years growing up. But after having children of my own I realized how much he loved me... Im so glad that he got to see me grow up and have kids and Im so thankful that I got to express my thanks to him and let him know how much I truly loved and appreciated him for taking me in as his own.... even though losing him was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do.. Im glad I can sleep at night knowing that he knew he was (and still is) everything to me.
