Ill never get used to the ethics of the people in my line of work. Ive never been good at lying & Ive never seen the point in it. I believe my customers respect me so much more because when screw up I admit it, when I drop the ball I take fault, when I am at fault I will be the 1st one to own up to it. Yes its hard to admit and tell others every time you fail but next time they are in a pickle or needing something they wont remember how I screwed up theyll remember how helpful I was. But its like everyone else in sales just lies lies lies lies lies!!! Just be honest - because one day youre gunna be out of the office & your customer is going to call & Im gunna have to be honest with them. Im sorry sir but it looks as if he never even placed the order for your shaft sleeve & seal back in November of 2013...I understand yours frustrations (all while listening to the angry man yell, cuss, & explain how much money he is losing daily) I will get this coming UPS RED early am & I will cover the freight - it will be at your office by 8 am. #superhannahstrikesagain #behonest #problemsolved
