Ill never grasp why a community as liberal and pro civil rights as Berkeley is, can allow the most people UN-friendly system promoting stress and public mess via an utter lack for anything but financial gain, having absolutely NO parking for its citizens. Long sentence there, but Im truly angry! Tons more gas spent going round and round, no places to park on street. I see people angry, fighting for the one spot that may occasionally become available. The ticket fines collected are surely immense and the money isnt being used to maintain streets and roads for many, many years! Berkeley folks. Are you fed up or just used to buying new tires far more often than other towns, and not being able to relax when going downtown?
