Ill will share this in honor of Robin Williams and... in honor of my brother Nicholas Heath.... it has been 6 years now and I guess its time....when suicide is very close to you, it is easy to try to ignore it when you see it out in the world. ...to protect yourself. I have learned a lot about suicide and depression since my brothers passing but I still do not have all of the answers! What I will say is to always reach within yourself and reach out to others! Take care of yourself, but be careful not to get stuck in your own head..be there and aware of your loved ones...pick their mind if u feel it necessary! Its worth it to get information about depression...chances are high it could affect you or someone close to you. I am sad and shocked about Robin Williams but I am glad to see the conversations it is starting. Facebook probably makes it easier to converse as well.
