Illegal alien with permiso busted for . . . Human smuggling. I kid you not. breitbart/Breitbart-Texas/2014/07/28/Alien-Released-with-Notice-to-Appear-Busted-for-Alleged-Human-Smuggling Last Thursday Adriana Valero Monsivais and her boyfriend, Roberto Gonzales, were charged with one count of human trafficking and held without bail. This may put their ICE court date in jeopardy. Earlier in the week, Valero Monsivais & Gonzales were stopped by the popo for a traffic violation. Gonzales told the police that the four people in the back seat were all illegals. Valero Monsivais also told the police that she had papers, and she pulled out her Notice to Appear form. Well, the county mounties aren’t stupid, so they took the group to the local Border Patrol station in Laredo for some advice. The four illegals in the back confirmed Gonzales story—they swam across the river and Gonzales and Valero Monsivais picked them up and were supposed to take them to a grocery store in Laredo. They got paid $50/passenger. Neither Gonzales or Valero Monsivais are strangers to being on the wrong side of the law. Gonzales has a human trafficking charge and minor drug charge. Valero Monsivais has been charged with destruction of property in San Juan county.
