Illegal meetings of Salafists stopped near Minsk. The activity of an illegal Muslim organization that acted near Minsk was stopped by KGB agents in the end of 2014, state TV channel Belarus 1 reported yesterday. Of 20 Salafists detained, eight were foreigners. The group was formed by foreign missioners from an extremist Arab organization. The people possessed extremist literature, the police say. The Muslim community was indignant at the missioners’ activity.
