Illegals Ignore Court Orders While the American people are justifiably focused on beheadings, the federal government is now admitting that it is losing the vast majority of illegal family units apprehended at the southern border. Seventy percent are failing to show up for their court ordered hearings. A few months ago, when thousands of illegal immigrants were pouring across the border, the Obama Administration tried to look tough in the face of that crisis. In fact, we even got headlines like this one: Obama Talks Tough: Child Immigrants Cant Stay. But every reporter in Washington -- and most Americans -- knew that just wasnt true. Two months later, the very same publication that ran the previous headline gave us this one: Obama Prepares Schools For Migrant Kids. It is disgusting that the American people are so regularly lied to like this. The fact is the Obama Administration has simply refused to enforce our immigration laws. In spite of this years surge of illegal immigration, deportations are at the lowest level since 2007. Kudos, once again, to Senator Jeff Sessions! Senator Sessions is vowing to make enforcement of our immigration laws and opposition to executive amnesties a key issue in the confirmation battle of the next attorney general. Gary L. Bauer
