Ilocos Norte Governor Imee R. Marcos quickly inspected areas in Ilocos Norte affected by Typhoon Vinta on Friday, All Saints Day November 1, 2013. -------------------------------------------------------------------- In Ilocos Norte Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils latest update, more than 1000 houses in the province were either damaged or flooded, affecting 1,377 families. Also, damages to the provinces agriculture and infrastructure which includes schools, roads, bridges, a hospital and other buildings has already reached a total of P32, 059, 427.56.
