Im A Living Contradiction (Ex. 1:8-21) A contradiction occurs when two ideas make each other impossible. In classical logic a contradiction consist of logical incompatibility between two or more proposition. Aristotle had a law & his law of none contradiction says, thats cannot say of something that it is & it is not in the same respect & at the same time. He is saying there is no such thing as a contradiction. If you really want to argue with Aristotle who says theres no such thing as a contradiction all we have to do is tell him to look at us. Because when we look at the life we lived, things we done, the choices we made, the decisions we came to & yet look at how bless we are anyhow. I believe God can make our life a living contradiction. When youre making it in spite of, contradiction, when you have joy in spite of, contradiction. In this text, God comes to rescue His people who have been put under Egyptian oppression. I see what I believe are some contradictions. The first contradiction if found in (v12). Oppression should lead to division & submission of my spirit. Oppression should lead to fatigue of my spirit & the breaking of my will. The more they oppress them the stronger the got. When you oppress a child of God, what you do is not break me but bless me. God is going to use what you do to me to birth more out of me. Theres some blessings I got not because I was good but because you decided to mess with me, thats a contradiction!! The more you do to me, the more God going to do through me. Thats why some folks dont like you. Because after all they done to you (I didnt say tried) They cant figure out why you seem to get stronger & better. What scare your hatters is not you but after all they did to you they thought by now youll be coco for koko puff. Child of God the more the devil tries to bring me down the stronger God makes me. I have joy because they mess with the wrong one. Im A Living Contradiction !!!!! In Hope, The Preacher
