Im Elizabeth Noble and Im here talking about my book A Barlow Lens. The story takes its title from a piece of astronomical equipment called, Barlow Lens. This is what one looks like. It used to enhance the power of a telescope. When you can see more stars, you are looking back at the past. Starlight takes decades, sometimes centuries to reach our eyes. The entire theme of my book, A Barlow Lens is looking back at what happened in the past. Thats why that pretty, antique looking telescope is part of the cover design. Astronomy has been a hobby of mine for longer than I can remember. What hobbies are important to you?
