Im NOT sharing my transformation photos to get: 🔵feedback on when you think I look good 🔵reinsurance on the fact that my fitness it wasnt that bad before 🔵not fitness & wellness related comments I am sharing these comparisons to show you that: 🔴I am not naturally lean and fit 🔴I am not genetically blessed in any sense 🔴every single day I work on my fitness & wellness by eating according to my goals and by lifting & sweating daily too 🔴if I eat like regular person- Ill look like one. In clothes 30 pounds more looks ok. In bikini, not so much (not for me) 🔴being a trainer doesnt make being fit easier. Yes, I do have the knowledge and without a doubt I can get anyone in shape (IF THEY ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK!) but I also work 7/week, I work split shifts, From 8 am to 8 pm, and I work in a gym, (imagine staying longer or coming earlier to work!) its not easier to be fit bc Im a trainer. ⚪️⚪️⚪ Im sharing these to show you that you can always get better, that your body composition is completely up to you. I want to show you that you dont need years to lose 10 pounds! I lost 30 in 3 months! (I also build muscle as I was losing fat) Im sharing these to show you that Im human, I get chubby, I dont like how I feel, so I make a decision, and I follow through. Im sharing these to show you that you dont need perfect timing, aligned stars, and tons of time. Im sharing these to show you that money spent on trainer/coach, quality food, gym related stuff is money well spent! I want to inspire and motivate you to take care of yourself, to take care of your health, of your wellbeing inside out.
