Im PROUD TO SAY.....Im the daughter of a Veteran...my daddy joined the U.S. Army at the young age of 17 and left small town Childress for the world....He traveled all over the U.S. and abroad ..served 3...yes I said 3 tours in Vietnam...where he earned a silver star in the battle of Hamburger Hill and a bronze star ...during a battle in Da Nang. He served 21 years before he retired, only to succumb to lung cancer from agent orange exposure. I moved 16 times by the time I was 16 years old..guess that taught me never to meet a stranger....my oldest son served 15 months in Baghdad during Operation Iraqi Freedom and proudly guarded the tyrant Saddam Hussein...my handsome nephew Lance Corp.Kyle Crowley hit the ground of Ramada Iraq a 18 yr old marine willing to fight for his country and paid the ultimate price by giving his life for our freedom...I AM A PROUD DAUGHTER OF A VETERAN!!! THANK U VETERANS FOR THE SACRIFICE YOU MAKE EVERYDAY!
