Im Sharing this from Brian Carrs post who just had a birthday.. (Think you are a ways from 50 Brian but you are on the right track, can tell you are having lots of fun..) .... Takei is right Brian... Worked for me, besides, growing up is too difficult for me and not nearly as much fun.... :) Did go for my Bike ride yesterday.. Rode only about 9 miles. Ride a bit every day so I can get it up to 20 to 30 miles a day and a 3 mile run several times a week... Figure I had better check the bees today again... Still hauling honey.... Dont want the boxes to get too full though I think they are probably fine... Can sneek up on you sometimes... Im still kind of a lightweight to be riding a bike with you... Mine is just an old Mountain Bike...
