Im a 10! ha ha. I have the number 10. So, here goes. 10 things you might not know about me. 1. I love music. Most all kinds, but particularly classic rock -- Tom Petty, Bruce Sprinsteen, the Police, Heart, Rolling Stones, CCR, Pink Floyd, etc., etc. Oh, and also the blues. I love Buddy Guy. He is the best all-round entertainer ever and a Hell of a guitar player. 2. I am a mutt and I love it. A lot of German, Slovenian, and French. Throw in some Danish and Finnish. And I celebrate all my many heritages. 3. I love traveling. My son and I went to on a trip to Slovenia, Croatia, Venice and Trieste a while back. 2 week trip and all we took was a small carry on. My slovenian sausage got conviscated by customs on the way back in. I was too honest and declared it. 4. I love to cook but mostly for LOTS of people who are willing to try new things. 5. My undergraduate is from Marquette University. I have a double major in Political Science and Psychology and a minor in Philosopy. With that as an undergrad, I had to go to law school or be unemployed. Ha ha. I loved school. I loved the people I met and I wish I could still be with them. 6. My mom died when I was 18 and I still am not over that -- at almost 56. 7. I love going back to Wisconsin whenever I can. It is beautiful and I have a wonderful family there -- Dad, uncles, brother and sister and their families. 8. I have 2 wonderful kids. Joey graduated from Pitt last year with a BS in Geology and is now in grad school. Katie is at A&M and looking to get a degree in accounting. 9. I went to every Mavericks game the year that they won the championship. It was because of my extra loud cheering (and yelling at the refs) that they won (lol). 10. I love to wait on people -- well ones that I like. If I werent a lawyer, I would probably be a caterer or event planner.
