Im a big fan of the Rich Dad education company. Those who know of Rich Dad, they frequently stress the importance of creating a solid cashflow. Most people believe that increasing cashflow means that you have to invest into cashflow producing assets. I was one of those people and that IS one way of doing it, but the other day I was playing the Rich Dad Cashflow board game (a game that teaches the basic principles of investing), and I found eliminating debts to be a fantastic strategy to increasing cashflow quickly. The best part about that strategy is that its absolutely risk free. I later found this article and wanted to share with you :)
