Im a bit of an unexpected mess this morning. It was Leilas last first day of Rise but it was also move out day for my mom. Weve been on a year long roller coaster called cancer treatment and we are finally getting off the ride. Im gonna miss her like crazy. Im so proud of her and thankful to have had her here with us in Houston. But Im also thrilled she can get back to my dad and living her life as a braver, stronger and more faith-filled survivor! God is great and He is faithful. Rejoicing through tears today.
