Im a firm believer that of the many things our pets teach us - compassion, companionship, loyalty, dignity, forgiveness - the most important may be how to say goodbye. As we age, well experience loss and grief and it doesnt get easier, but it is the natural progression of things. Love them, let them go wrapped in your arms, open your heart again and keep learning from the experience. Love and miss you Molly Boxer!
