Im a former Reynoldsburg student, daughter of one of our amazing teachers, and older sister to five current students. Im currently a junior at the University of Notre Dame (a place Id never be without the influence of my amazing Reynoldsburg teachers), and though it pains me to be unable to be at home and physically stand alongside all of you, Ive been amazed by how much support our teachers have, within and outside of the Reynoldsburg community. Theres not much I can do beyond sending the emails and letters I have been, but friends and professors of mine with and without direct ties to Ohio and education have been following the story and showing an incredible amount of support as well. Teachers- you have the prayers, admiration, and gratitude of so many who youve never met. You contribute to the world in a way thats beyond significant, but not always visible. Thank you for refusing to compromise that contribution. Hopefully this all is resolved very soon, but in the meantime, stay as strong as you have been. Ill do my best to keep spreading the word.
