Im a no voter, and Im right sick of people engaging with me online. Every time I make a unqualified assertion some educated yes folk think Im fair game to have my mistruths deconstructed. They seem to think that somehow truth triumphs over lies, and some have been quite passionate towards me in their pursuit of truth within the indy debate. Too many times they have gang handedly pointed out flaws in my argument, and given solid reasoning for their decision to vote yes. This is an affront to me and many other no voters, who like to lead the quiet life, cosy in our lack of knowledge and confident in our biased factoids. Being forced to face up to a our arguments being false, is I think youll agree, hard on the average no voter, thrust into the limelight of public humiliation and questioning. I for one am just not willing to take it any more. The public dissemination of the no argument doesnt sit well with me and I really have better things to do with my life than have my blinkered opinion be constantly open to question. So I take leave of this page, for Ive never had to deal with such an array of positiveness and enlightened debate, sorry you can keep that. Ill get back to my friends in the no camp where information is taken at face value and never countered. Thanks its been fun but Im not going to stay in a group that thinks it has every right to question my beliefs..No not at all, goodbye!
