Im a target shooter but not much of a hunter and Ive said publicly several times that the animals are safe from me as long as they stay off the roads. In spite of these repeated warnings, a pheasant (maybe a chicken, not sure because it was dark) ran in front of my vette, leaving a large plume of feathers visible in my rear view mirror and the headlights of the car behind me. They should understand that when they run in front of me I will not slam on the brakes, I will not swerve and I wont even slow down. They can continue to ignore this posting at their own peril and thats all I have to say about that. I might add that they still have to worry about my buddy, Ron Hoover, who certainly will shoot the Hell out of them at first opportunity.....
