Im about to call about animal abuse. The neighbors have three pits and their good dogs. I all of a sudden heard them fighting and looked outside and saw one had its teeth locked around ones neck and the one thats hurt had its back paws stuck in the porch rails and was hanging off their porch so I ran over there to help and he came outside and started kicking the dog that was hurt!!! I said he needs some help hes bleeding really bad and his paws are stuck. He then said ohh he likes his paws stuck in there like that so I reached through and pushed his feet through and he fell to the ground and wouldnt move!!! He then walked back inside!! Im just in disbelief!! The dogs had fleas all over them and sores. No food or water!!
