Im about to head back for more pt where I am shooting for walking 500 ft. today (with a walker)...thats two hundred more than yesterday...when I told my therapist that, she looked at me like I had grown another head...I said, Im doin it! So please pray for me to have endurance, so she will be convinced that I can do more. Knees are pretty weak today, but I have to do this. I was feeling kind of sorry for my self and the not walking thing then I saw another therapist working with a man that had only one leg ... that was a reality check ... many people are a lot worse off than I am ... no more pity parties! God bless peace out and ROCK ON, PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! Never take your legs for granted.
