Im against bullying. I do believe it is a natural part of human growth, sorting out the social stratus of the group, but in todays world of 24-hour interaction with cellphones and the internet, it can be overwhelming. And now this pic. Is a single act of an ignorant child, bullying? Yes, it hurt the other kid, but is it bullying, or just a stupid kid making an asshole of himself? I ask because to me it detracts from the message. If the group had followed the fatherless-child and continued taunting, or shown it happening over a period of time, sure, bullying. This is just an asshole being an asshole one time, and thus a poor example. Thoughts?
