Im all for people aiming for goals when training, but you have to be realistic in what youre aiming to achieve. Otherwise when you dont hit your targets youll be discouraged and find it harder to stay motivated and dedicated to your goals. For example when girls aim to have a bum like Kim Kardashian but have a naturally flat bum, its just not realistic to use one of the worlds biggest bums as a goal! I naturally have small calves and have to except that they will never be my strongest body part, work on your weaknesss but bare in mind whats going to be achievable with the body you have. 👍
