Im always doing different things in regards to fitness. I dont just lift weights,i do a lil bit of everything to keep things intetesting. Cartwheels to handstands..... my whole upper body and core is working. Even tho i messed up a lil its ok because its not about being perfect,its about progression. Progression keeps the desire to get a lil better each and everyday because youre ONLY going to get just A LIL BIT better each day!! Remember these three Ps and youll ALWAYS reach your goals: practice,progress,patience. #truth #progression #herbalife #practice #progress #patience
