Im always looking to make sure Sonny is getting enough raw fruits and vegetables on a regular basis because he insists on eating the yummy food that the lady at the daycare cooks for all the children (its not organic but so very tasty). She thinks Im a food lunatic but Ive learned to pick my battles. So if you have similar issues here are some suggestions that help: 1. Keep a bowl of fresh fruit on the table so kids can just grab at their leisure. 2. Offer fruits and veggies as snacks. 3. No Soda or artificial Foods period! 4. Finely chop greens like spinach kale and chard and add it to sauce, chili, soups, guacamole, gravy,etc. 5. Purée fruits and veggies to make sorbets and smoothies, buy frozen organic stuff. 6. Stand your ground, dont follow the crowd. No Fast Food Ever! Its disgusting. 7. Add Raw honey, organic cinnamon, turmeric, cumin, and cayenne. All amazing cancer fighters and a little goes far when consumed regularly. 8. Apple cider, hemp seeds, chia seeds, fresh lemon or lime juice are a lovely addition to and salad. 9. Celery, cilantro, cucumbers flushes and removes toxins. 10. Mom and Dad develop and maintain healthy habits and your children will follow! Its win-win for all! * love and light to all *✨✌️✨
