Im always stoked to find an artist that has a sound that is so massively different from anything Ive heard before, but still maintains the aspect of catchiness that makes me have it on repeat for days. Thats a really hard combo to come by because an artist has to be so outside of the box to be that unique and most of the times, its pushed to a limit where it is without a doubt, different than anything Ive heard, but its unappealing and I wont often put it on for listening music. On that note, I would just like to say that Noisey is by far the best label I have found that consistently promotes artists that have such a unique sound, but still maintain that aspect of listenability and I have the utmost respect for them. One more thing: A lot of people tell me when I go on my rants that it feels like theyre reading an article on a blog or something. Ive been thinking about becoming an writer for a music blog where I would go in depth with stuff like this. Would anybody read it?
