Im asking for prayer from everyone who reads this. My brother Tim had major back surgery yesterday. He had taken a serious fall several yeas back... 26 feet off of a ladder while working for Verizon. As a result of that fall, he had surgery yesterday, because of broken vertebrae in a couple of places. It was pressing on the nerves, causing severe pain, and was imminent of causing permanent nerve damage. Surgery really was the only answer... to remove the fragments of the bone and rebuild the vertebrae and protect the nerves. He has not completely come out of the anesthesia yet, and around 2:00 am, they took him in to do an MRI, fearful that he had a stroke. This morning the result of the MRI revealed he did in fact have a stroke during the surgery. Waiting for more doctors to come in, to see how massive. He can squeeze Marthas hand, attempted to say a couple of words last night, so hes not completely in coma or brain dead. Please pray that he will be one that has a complete recovery from this. There is a long road ahead... I will NEVER leave you, nor forsake you Jesus says in Hebrews 13:5. Im clinging to His promise.
