Im at work for a brief time this morning preparing for a case on Monday. Im actually enjoying having the building to myself, aside from the occasional creak, groans and attic critter. Its been a perfect morning, sparkling skies and an easy temperature ~ I plan to make the most of it and head down to the marina in a little while to enjoy an ice coffee, a little sunshine and watch the Dolphins play. Im counting on those who are living where Fall actually happens to post their beautiful captures of the leaves changing colo, so dont be shy, share them so we can all enjoy:-) Yesterday I came across a wonderful recipe for, Beef Bourguignon, its a dish I made many times during the years I lived in Canada, Id go as far as to call it comfort food, and have a longing to make it again ~ hopefully the weather isnt too hot over the next few days:-) Im sure youve all got plenty of plans as we head into the weekend ~ What are you up to this weekend?
