Im awake. Ive eaten. Im home. I posted that yesterday evening I guess, but I sure dont remember it...lol The surgeon said absolutely no lifting, no bending, or stretching of any kind, but DO get up and move as much as possible, just move slow. Well as a few people can attest since they saw me this morning, I was definitely moving S.L.O.W. It was actually more of a shuffle than it was a walk. Now that I am actually aware of what Im saying, I want to thank everyone for the thoughts, well wishes and prayers. They are very much appreciated. I saw a few people I knew as I was shuffling along. Holly, Julie, my mom, someone in white car that blew the horn and waved but I didnt recognize and also my old buddy Emory. Or should I say, Great Grandpa Emory who welcomed his third great grandchild into the world last night. Congratulations Ryan & Alexa! Im a lot sorer than I was after Julys surgery and the pain meds are a lot more bad ass this time. Its time for one, which means its also nap time, cause they knock me the Hell out.
