Im back - after a nasty infection that knocked me down for 3 weeks ... And a week just recovering and kicking back into things ... I am here to stay with lots of new ideas for fitness food.. clean food ... not always so clean food and I am starting my running coaching training in September so lots of tips for running fitness too I have this wicked home made cinnamon crackers breakfast cereal that even my kids liked made from only 5 basic ingredients but you can play with lots of different additions to get a flavour you like Milled Flax Shelled Hemp Coconut Oil Glass of apple juice Cinnamon Finally a breakfast cereal yay :) recipe anyone ???????????????
