Im both saddened and sickened by the actions that took place - TopicsExpress

Im both saddened and sickened by the actions that took place yesterday in New York City when Ismaaiyl Brinsley gunned down two police officers then took his own life like a coward. Im saddened that the two officers were killed for no other reason than they were wearing the wrong color clothes and in the wrong place at the wrong time, and Im sickened that anybody would leave two families with gaping holes in them right before the largest family holiday of the year. Those two men were sons, fathers, brothers, friends, and much more to many people, and now those people are left to pick up the pieces after a horrific act of cowardice. What makes this worse is that Brinsley killed himself after, leaving us with more questions than answers and denying the fallen officers loved ones any chance at justice or closure in their completely senseless deaths. I blame the actions of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, basically every race hustler, and even President Obama for the deaths of these men. For the past few months, all of these people have continued to spread lies to purposely fan the racial flames and bring tensions to an all-time high, and because of this their culpability in yesterdays heinous crime cannot be overlooked. Actions have consequences, and by continually looking to start problems where there are none they are pushing people to their breaking point. We saw it first-hand yesterday when one man who believed all cops are bad and racist lashed out to avenge the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner and killed two men for doing nothing more than their jobs. Sadly, the people responsible for stoking racial tensions will never be brought to task for their actions, even though you know full well that if it were a Tea Party-related man who killed the two officers that would be all we heard about. The media will likely sweep the important details under the rug and give us a white-washed version so that Al, Jesse and Obama can continue to push their lies and fan the flames, meanwhile the threat against officers will continue to grow. My heart bleeds for the families of the men who were killed yesterday, and I hope theyre able to find at least some peace in what is truly a tragedy of epic proportions. Neither man deserved to die, and the scumbag who killed them had no right to decide to end their lives. Its a sad day in our country when those tasked with keeping the streets safe are targeted in such a senseless manner for only doing their job, which was completely unrelated to any recent events. I would wish death upon the suspect, but hes already dead. However I cant help but think he has a long eternity to spend in the pits of hell to pay for his horrific actions, and to that I say enjoy fire, asshole! Sean Brown
