Forward Fold w/hip wiggle Chair pose w/hip wiggle WarriorII w/todo wiggle Reverse Warrior Side Angle with shoulder roll 3 Leg Down Dog Knee to armpit, nose, opposite tricep Crescent Lunge w/shoulder rolls and backbend Pyramid to Crescent flow Downward Facing Scorpion Just do you favorite flow but wiggle those hips and shoulders. Dig deep in your lunges to get the blood flowing and keep opening the heart and shoulders. Lunge pigeon requires 3 places to be open: Hips, Heart, Shoulders so get wiggling!
