Im canning Applesauce today, second batch of the year. These are Apples that Debbie Chenoweth Hemmer Fetsch helped me gather off my own tree. Theyve been in the garage aging. I like to let them go yellow which ages the sugars. This is a special batch for Dr. Ananda. I do this because I can and cause I love doing it for her to repay her generosity. I process them through the sieve of my Kitchen Aid. The skin, core, seeds and such comes out the back. Makes it very easy with little waste. It really does taste as good as it looks! Dr. Ananda gave me my life. Last year when I was deathly ill, she stepped-up and treated me when no other would. We got me back on my feet. I today owe my life to her, everything I contribute to this world has her fingerprints on it. I hope youll reach out to her for your own health needs.
