Im cleaning up my office and I found these awesome pics... one of my favorite memories as a father was I got to coach the Shivers Ice Cream soccer team back in the day..... we won 20 out of the 22 games we played in the 2 years I coached. I think it had something to do with getting free ice cream every time we won. I was told that I was the craziest, loudest, most obnoxious coach in the league and I would show up to a game with a tye-dye grateful dead shirt, no shoes, sunglasses, and eating a Arbys roast beef in hand....... but I also had pizza parties at my home for everyone, let them run around like banshees, and made these kids feel like they were super stars. ( i even coached the one year my daughter was injured and couldnt even play) ... I didnt have to ask for it, I earned their respect. If you have ever seen the movie Kicking and Screaming with Will Ferrell...... well, I lived it. :)
