Im coaching someone in a micromanagement situation. This is the advice I gave. How have YOU effectively handled a micro-manager? I work best when given the space to accomplish tasks independently. Having a person who is managing every aspect of a project or task for which I am responsible causes performance anxiety and an awkward working relationship.
