Im confused: why is Taylor Swift mega cool now, Crushed Crustacean? I just heard a review of 1989 on NPR and...I just dont get it. I also listened to some of her album and to the Aphex Swift mashup the other day; I didnt care for either of them. Frankly, I didnt care for the new Aphex very much without Swifts vocals. Back to the Taylor Swift bandwagon thing: doesnt seem like some ironic collective joke. People seem to sincerely respect her artistry. Why? Shes so, for a lack of a better word, basic. Sorry, if I seem like Im hating on her, Im just trying to figure out what those of you Taylor Swift fans whom I respect and admire see in her.
